Shipping Information
1) Express Shipping is not available for P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses.
2) After the order has been paid, we will need possibly a 5-7 business days to process your order, due to some items being handmade. You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped.
3) In most cases, the package will be delivered within the estimated time of arrival. However, the actual delivery date may be affected by flight arrangements, weather conditions and other external factors. Please refer to the tracking information for the most accurate delivery date.
4) If your package has not been delivered or your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, you must contact Customer Service to verify within 10 days of the order date.
Returns
You have a max of 7 days to return selected items. You must send back and postmark your return packages within 7 days after the purchase date. No returns made after 7 days from the purchase date will be accepted. Please contact shatoraadrell.com for a return slip.
You can only return items that are unworn, unwashed, undamaged, have the original tags/packaging attached
The refund will be issued to the original payment account. Unfortunately, due to current situations, your refund will require an additional 3-5 days to process. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
NOTE: If you have any issues with your return, you must contact ShatoraAdrell within 7 days after your order was first placed.
